Recent repairs include plumbing and slate roof; the property suffers from deferred maintenance, and will require a certain amount of repair and maintenance work. As a component of the purchase price -- which has been significantly reduced -- the purchaser will be asked to accommodate a lease allowing sufficient area for the Mt.
